Internationaliztion

I am currently in Australia (though an American citizen) and would love to see apps that transcend international boundaries. The issue of sexual abuse is truly universal and its solutions are likely rooted in human behavior - so the solution would ideally set up a model that could be applied to countries around the world. 
It would be great if the solutions proposed could take this into account and provide an app that global citizens could use to help monitor sexual abuse in their own countries. I'd love to collaborate on this with anybody who's interested - we can continue this conversation in this thread or on Twitter (I'm @erikasays).
